Dental Receptionist

Wigmore Smiles and Aesthetics is a new Dental & Aesthetics Clinic and we are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our fabulous team.

This is a key position and the first person patients will interact with. It is not merely the role of a telephonist booking appointments and taking payments. As a private practice offering cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, we are looking for you to join our amazing team and set the tone for our 5 Star patient journey.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- meeting & greeting patients
- booking & amending appointments
- answering calls
- updating patient records
- supporting the team with the smooth running of the practice
- making patients aware of services offered
- promoting care plans
- payment handling and maintaining patient confidentiality

Knowledge of CRM software and social media is a must as a lot of inquiries will be coming through Facebook and Instagram and will need immediate and consistent responding and follow up.

Experience in dentistry is an advantage but not essential. However some degree of customer service experience would be given preference over someone who has no prior experience in dentistry. There will be a training phase regardless of past experience.

Work hours can vary depending on the requirements of the business.

Ability to work some Saturdays is important.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Bonus scheme

- Luton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
