**Job Overview**:
**Duties
- Execute carpentry tasks including first and second fix works including hanging fire doors
- Handle painting duties both interior and exterior
- Undertake plumbing tasks such as pipe installation and repair
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with electrical work under supervision
- Basic roofing repairs and installations
- Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying and concrete repairs

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in property renovation works or other related areas
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
- Additionally but not essential an ability to interpret plans and technical drawings may be useful moving forward

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools operation

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.26-£18.70 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
