**Responsibilities of the Porter**:

- Fit and able to transport luggage, table and chairs
- Take pride in maintaining the standards of meeting room set up
- To be passionate and confident conversing with our guests, creating a visit to remember
- To be able to work alone as well as part of the team in a busy yet flexible operation
- To take ownership in completing tasks set by the management team in a timely manner, and report any faults or breakages to the relevant department
- To take pride in your appearance at work at all times
- Respecting the confidentiality of our guests at all times

**Conference Porter - About you**
- Experience in similar role is preffered
- You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
