Estate Gardener

We are looking for a dedicated Garden and maintenance operative for a privately owned estate. If you are an enthusiastic gardener who takes pride in their work this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

The applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Maintaining consistently high standards on the estate.
- Hedge Cutting
- Mowing
- Strimming
- Weeding
- Clearing leaves
- Window cleaning
- Building maintenance
- Machinery maintenance
- Driving cars, vans and tractors
- Landscape maintenance and gardening
- Household tasks such as moving furniture, basic maintenance and car cleaning
- Event venue set up, cleaning and derig
- Assisting at large household events (e.g. annual BBQ, Christmas drinks)
- Driving family members (with extreme care and attention) to appointments (including school run)
- You must have excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

The preferred applicants will be enthusiastic and able to work within a team to ensure all business and household tasks are completed to a high standard. With the work spread across various properties the applicant will be required to ensure all sites are well looked after.

The work is varied with no two days ever the same so a ‘can do’ approach is required, much like all the employees and team members at North West Resources.

The successful applicant must have;
Can do attitude with the ability to follow instructions
Flexibility
Full Driving License

Hours will generally be 8am to 5pm from Sunday to Thursday (two days off) although flexibility will be required.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- driving (required)
- chainsaw licence (preferred)
