**The role**

Compliance project surveyors manage programmes across all the key areas of compliance including fire, legionella, asbestos, lifts, gas and electrics. This will require you to oversee servicing contracts, ensuring all assets have the correct certification, and ensuring that property safety is maintained to the highest standards.

You will work closely with other surveyors and administrators within the team to ensure that works are delivered in a timely manner, meeting expected deadlines and within budget.

Compliance Project Surveyors are expected to be dynamic and provide an effective & efficient, customer focused service, and to operate within the value for money concept and best practice

**What we need**

For this role you’ll need to have the following skills and experience;
- GCSE or ‘O’ Level standard (or equivalent) with grade C or above in English and Maths
- HNC in Building or Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of maintenance management and/or construction management.
- Knowledge of managing contracts within budgetary constraints
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of computer systems in a maintenance environment
- IFE certified Fire safety management and fire risk assessment course
- NEBOSH Fire certificate
- FDIS Diploma
