Campaign Operations Executive

**Reporting of the role**:
This role reports to Campaign Fulfilment Manager

**Overview of job**:
Based within the Global Outdoor Operations function, this role is responsible for pre in-charge and post in-charge campaign management, managing the process from after the sale has been made through to the campaign being posted. Collaborating closely with Sales, Sales Planners and Production to ensure that our posting team are working in the most efficient way.

To act as the communication link for all in-charges and to ensure information (posting instructions and design instructions are accurate and the process runs efficiently from beginning to end. To maintain information flow during short-term selling periods.

**Measures of success -**

**In the first few months, you would have**:

- Completed training on our core systems and understand how our processes work
- Be able to liaise between Ad Ops and Delivery to achieve campaign success
- Demonstrated you can own problematic campaigns and support them being recovered
- Brought your enthusiasm and pro activeness into the team to put the customer first

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Act as conduit between external Operations and Sales
- Carry out Ad Copy approval checks in line with Global and/or Franchise Partner policies to ensure the live estate complies
- Ensure posting is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
- Running posting reports to monitor progress of each campaign
- Address areas demonstrating inefficiencies in a prompt fashion
- To maintain good internal liaison with the Operations, Finance, Development and Sales teams as well as the Billposters
- Provide PPR (Posting Performance Reports) on time and accurately
- To prepare regular reports detailing:

- Panels posted within stream days vs the late ones
- Panels posted using PDA devices vs manually updated ones
- Poster chasing
- Bill poster changes both externally and internally
- Liaising with Billposters of despatch, deliveries and posting of posters
- Blanking instructions
- Assist with Error Reports to reduce claims and credits
- Thoroughly checking and approving invoices (the cost, panel numbers)
- Using our Fusion, Dream, PWeb systems to assist with any challenges that those may present
- Managing Design Instructions, so those are distributed accordingly to all of the contractors
- Understanding and maintaining great relationships with our Specialists and Clients
