Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organised
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette promoting the Company and Brand.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks as required

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is advantageous
- Outstanding communication skills and professional phone etiquette

Salary negotiable depending upon knowledge and experience.

Pay: £23,445.00-£24,521.00 per year
