Job description:
The role will provide administrative support and coordination of recruitment activity within geographical regions including arranging interviews, support with local advertising, administer local jobs fairs. They will utilize the central resource for longer-termplanning, support with attraction, CV generation/searches, system support, and best practice and collaborate with the wider recruitment activity of the business, working cross-divisionally to support hiring events and share talent pools.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administer adverts through the applicant tracking system.
- Work with the central recruitment team to revise advert copy and optimise attraction
- Work closely with the central recruitment team to identify best route to market
- Optimise all available tools and resources e.g. Talent Scout, promotional poster templates, apprenticeships
- Coordinate local hiring events arranged by job centres, school and colleges for hiring managers to attend
- Drive local promotion of vacancies and raise brand awareness through social media, posters, school/college advertising, job centres
- Coordinating company hiring events alongside the central recruitment team and divisional operators
- Gather Right to Work documentation
- Issue offer letters/contracts/offer packs
- Adhoc administration to support recruitment as required to support the division
Profile description:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent phone manner;
