We are currently seeking a Logisitcis Operator to join our team in Featherstone. The role is based on a rotating shift pattern, including working nights and weekends.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Reporting to the shift Operational Team Leader.
FLT driving, moving finished goods internally, loading and unloading vehicles.
Use of pallet wrapping and pallet exchange equipment.
Stock cycle counting.
Area 5S (workplace organisation) and housekeeping.

Able to challenge poor behaviours and unsafe practice.

Problem Solving as necessary.

The user will be trained in the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and will use it for all stock movements.

Other duties may be required from time to time

This role will suit someone with excellent HSHE awareness, a flexible, can do, will do, happy to do attitude, good communication skills, practical disposition and capable of being trained to do basic maintenance and stock control activities including computer interaction.

A current FLT license is essential.

Basic knowledge of Logistics Operations would be advantageous.

A MEWP license, computer skills, experience with RF Smart scanners or similar and inventory control would be an advantage, but are not essential.
