A locally based Housing developer with an impressive track history of delivering luxury housing developments is in need of some part time Freelance Quantity surveying assistance.
To join them on a part time 2-3 day week basis, they are in need of an experienced and diligent QS able to work on both pre and live construction works. Familiar with sub-contract procurement, placing orders,
conducting monthly valuations, issuing payments and the like, it is expected that their new QS would have a proven track record gained within residential development, sound communication skills & negotiation skills and good contractula awareness.
