We have an exciting new opportunity for flexible, skilled bar and front of house professionals. We need a small team to support our busy North East / Northumberland coastal Inns - The Amble Inn, The Lindisfarne Inn, The Seaburn Inn, The Commissioners Quay Inn and The Bamburgh Castle Inn.

The role is newly created and will involve travel to sites with other members of the team (car-share) therefore full driving licence and own transport preferred but not essential. Drivers will also receive 45p/mile petrol allowance.

Flexible shift patterns available but shift will be long enough to make it worth the travel. This will be a varied and diverse role - you could be looking out over Seaburn front one week and then serving tables on Seahouses Harbour the next.

One thing to note with this role is that you will get experience in many of our inns, and there are always opportunities for development and future career opportunities in such a rapidly expanding group - you never know

A successful Support Bar Mobile Bar Team Member will:

- Preferably be someone with previous experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about food and beer and people.
- Deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
- Be someone who can deliver the experiences they would like to receive themselves.
- Flexible and adaptable to change with short lead time.

Duties include:

- meeting and greeting customers
- taking food and drink orders
- bar service
- general duties to add value to customer experience
- working with the kitchen team to deliver great food
- delivering bills and taking payment efficiently
- being supportive and proactive with your team
- sticking to standards to keep everyone safe
- anything else that makes a memorable visit for our customers
