**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Load and unload production line
- Spray painting
- Shot Blasting
- Meet production targets while maximising efficiency
- Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
- Working as part of a team to develop continuous improvement
- Safe and controlled movement of production parts

**The Person**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferable
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proven Organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
- Ability to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliable
- Ability to use own initiative and work with mínimal supervision

- Industrial Painting: 1 year (preferred)
