Depot Supervisor

IBP are excited to be recruiting for a Depot Supervisor based in New. Your role will be to Support the business within the Logistics function. You will be responsible for the overall performance off Goods Inward / Outwards, Stock control, Depot Safety, Housekeepingand accuracy meeting al KPIs set. Your role will be to take ownership of the depot and control all inhouse processes, Maintain and focus on the depot safety and also stock control, Goods Inward / Outwards, Serving inhouse operatives as well as our wide rangeof sub-contractors, General warehouse housekeeping indoors / outdoors. We are currently updating all systems with hand held technology so is an ideal time to join. There will also be occasions when you will use a company vehicle to make remote deliveries andcould be called on to potentially support other locations within the business. It also includes an out of hours emergency rota which is a week on week off where the depot potentially requires opening to support the ERS contract but this is paid on top of thesalary.

**What will your key responsibilities be?**
- Manage a small team
- Have a long term vision of best practices
- Stock Issuing controlGoods Inwards / Outwards
- Vehicle Cleaning / De kitting as and when required
- Yard Duties
- Occasional stock deliveries to site
- Complete and maintain various audits within the warehouse
- Adhoc Duties

**What competencies are we looking for?**
- A strong leader who is able to motivate and develop a team to deliver positive results
- IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Oracle an advantage)
- Warehouse background
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with customer service at the forefront, problem solving and always looking to improve
- H&S focused as we are operate with zero harm
- Driving Licence (Max 6 points)
- Counterbalance / Bendi / Flexi ideal but not essential as training will be given as essential for the role (Within 3 years)
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skillsSelf-motivated and thrives in busy working environment
- Able to work unsupervised when required
