Branch Manager - East Horsley - Basic £30K + CA (OTE £60k)
Our clients are one of the most trusted names in Estate Agency in the Surrey area and their success has been down to the work ethic, personality and attitude of the team of Property Professionals that ensure the company retain their highly regarded reputation.
Due to internal promotion, a vacancy has arisen in one of their most successful village agencies, the semi rural and sought after area of East Horsley nested in the foot of the Surrey Hills. This is a rarely available opportunity to come in as a Manager ofthis established team and progress a highly successful branch.
So you need to be something a bit special You will need to have a proven track record in Estate Agency and a track record of being the No1 in the area you work in. You will understand village agency and how this differs. Above all you will have a work ethic,tenacity, view of longevity in position and great personality to lead this branch to the high levels it is used to performing at. You will be a natural leader, an encourager, a motivator and be driven to embrace the strong links with the community.
You will live no more than a 20 minute drive from the village.

Mon - Friday 8.30 - 6pm
Saturdays 9.30-5pm (day off for Saturdays worked)
Salary
Basic £30K DOE
OTE £60K (realistic)
