**The job itself**:
Burton Pidsea Primary School is seeking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively each morning with our teaching team to support our Key Stage 2 pupils in achieving their individual outcomes and maximising their learning opportunities, and afternoons will be spent covering class teachers for both PPA and leadership time.

If you have high expectations for student achievement and behaviour, good communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team we would love to hear from you.
