**THE COMPANY**:
One of the leading private equity firms in Europe is looking to establish a Data Product function within their Data & Analytics team so are looking for a talented Lead Data Product Manager. The company primarily invests in software and professional servicescompanies and has a growing portfolio.

**THE ROLE**:
The Lead Data Product Manager role will be focused on strategic development, creating a standardised data product schema, and engaging with senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving data strategy and creating data products. The data productswill be used to support data cleansing, lead generation, and understanding the operational impact of data.

You will:

- Gather commercial requirements from senior stakeholders
- Design a product roadmap and support with managing budgets
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Scope and shape data requirements to pilot the Data Product roadmap
- Develop and implement data products to be utilised by senior stakeholders, external clients, and the Data & Analytics teams
- Promote the usage of data products across the business
- Eventually, look to grow a wider team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
To qualify for the role, you will require:

- At least 2 years' experience as a Product Owner/ Manager or Lead within a Data & Analytics team
- At least 2 years' experience within a Data and/ or Management consultancy
- Experience designing and delivering a Data Product roadmap
- Experience liaising and building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of private equity, asset management, or finance would be advantageous
- Ideally, experience leading a team but this is not essential
