**Hours**:Bank

**Salary**: £11 per hour + 12.07% Holiday Pay Element = £12.83

**Based at**:Hafan Wen - Wrexham Maelor Hospital Site

**Responsible to**: Residential Services Manager and / or Lead Nurse

**Job Purpose**:
Provide high standard and quality of health care and therapeutic support to patients in accordance with Adferiad’s standards and clinical procedures in addition to Health Inspectorate Wales (HIW) Regulatory Guidance.

Work as part of a team under the supervision of qualified nurses and doctors.

The role holder is responsible for taking providing a supportive role in the provision of medical treatment, appropriate therapeutic interventions and for contributing to the overall efficient and effective running of a shift.

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Health and Social Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
