Mortgage Broker

Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Mortgage Brokerage in Guildford, Surrey.

Due to expansion our client are looking to expand their team of Mortgage Advisers due to increased levels of business.

**Role**
- We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker to work out of a very busy office.
- The office has a proven track record of delivering quality leads.
- Our client also has a large existing client base with all business provided to the successful applicant.
- The role is full time office working.
- Full admin support will be provided.

**Skills required**
- CeMAP or equivalent (essential).
- Tenacious approach to leads.
- Excellent timekeeping/ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer focused.
- Team player.
- Good communicator.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
- IT literate - Word, Excel, Outlook.

**Package**
- Employed or, self-employed packages available.
- Realistic OTE.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guildford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
