Credit Analyst

Our client based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced Credit Analyst to join their busy finance team.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for the entire order to cash process for a selected range of customers, which includes risk assessment of customers, the determination of credit limits, credit checks of sales orders, the management of order blocks as well as debtcollection. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the invoicing process for the whole entity, the associated management of customer self-bills portals and selected account administration activities
- You will carry out credit risk assessments to help with decision making for credit approval limits, carry out verification checks for granting financing and payment plans for customers.
- You will also monitor customer risk development and be a Financial Gatekeeper for critical cases and escalating where necessary
- You will be a Business Partner, working with the business divisions by consulting on crisis management, participate in local sales meetings and collecting and sharing information with the business unit about the customer developments within the industryand market.
- You will also be involved in service escalation and issue management and review and manage blocked order and obtain necessary approvals on such cases

**Qualifications/Skills Required**:

- You will have a good awareness of IT Software to include MS Office and SAP
- You are educated to A Level and willing to develop in the role
- Experience of Digital Solutions, BOTs, Workflows, Dashboard monitoring and reporting would be advantageous
- Able to build positive and strong relationships and key stakeholders and demonstrate initiative with a positive style
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and demonstrate continuous improvement to processes
