So we’re looking for a Social and Content Marketing Executive to support and assist our existing team. We’re looking for someone who has a bit of experience plus a passion for marketing

**About you**:

- Some previous experience in marketing is essential (1+ years) and hospitality marketing is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Social media savvy and quick to jump on current trends
- Excellent written skills and ability to pay attention to detail
- Well organised and able to prioritise effectively from a live task list
- Ability to work speedily in a fast paced environment
- Curiosity for the city and an existing interest in the entertainment and leisure industry (this is really just a formal way of saying you enjoy going out and know what’s up)
- Ideally degree educated, though not essential
- You’ll have a strong signature karaoke tune

**What you will will be doing**:
**General**
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to implement the bars marketing strategy
- Provide creative ideas for campaigns and messaging
- Assist with any fun partnership/event opportunities
- Assist in the launch of a brand spanking new Lucky Voice central London venue

**Social Media**
- Create and execute the social calendar (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok and X)
- Respond to customer messages/stories/posts across social media channels
- Outreach to influencers and deal with incoming requests to boost that engagement
- Monitor and report social performance against KPIs

**Content**
- Create video content (as imaginative as you want) - working with the venue teams to film and edit videos (mobile) for Instagram reels and TikTok
- Assisting the Brand Manager in the organisation and execution of any photo and video shoots

**Artwork**
- Creative brief writing for all digital communications
- Participate in design feedback and team idea brainstorming
