**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform physical labour, including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery (training dependant)
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople such as joiners and bricklayers
- Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong work ethic, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment

**Nice-to-have Skills**:

- Certification in construction safety procedures
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Knowledge of basic joinery or masonry techniques
