**MI Analyst**

We have an exciting opportunity to join a huge name in the automotive industry as a MI Analyst, based out of their office in Exeter. You will be working alongside the IT Team to deliver data and report requests to the wider business and provide support withany data and reporting issues through the help desk. This is a hybrid working model requiring only three days a week in the office.

**MI Analyst Responsibilities**
- Delivering report requests, including meeting with the requestor to clarify requirements.
- To pick up and address support tickets.
- General housekeeping of Report Manager and servers (monitor for failed reports, update subscriptions, archive unused reports, fix broken ones etc.).
- Document processes in their Confluence tool and keep updated in version control.

**MI Analyst Requirements**
- The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows.
- An understanding of data protection issues.
- Able to write queries using T-SQL.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services or other BI tools is desirable, but not essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations.
