Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our Family Department.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain legal files
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Communicate with clients, Solicitors, Barristers, Courts and others
- Type up and proofread legal documents
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Audito typing and typing of letters and other documents
- Utilize IT skills for document management and research
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with audio typing is a plus
