Office Administrator

To provide administrative support throughout the Case Fabrication & Electrical department as and where required in an efficient, cost -effective and timely manner.
**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all administration is accurate and update on internal and external systems
- Supporting all areas administratively.
- Paperwork processes and management
- Sales order data inputting
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Updating customer websites with status of ongoing jobs
- Support the field teams as an when required - Administratively (e.g parts, audits, customer portals)
- Flexibility to cover for other team member’s duties as and when required
- All general duties as outlined by your department manager
- To work as part of a team to ensure both the departments and customer expectations are continually met.
**Competencies**:
- Good organisational, prioritising and administrative skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- IT Skills, knowledge of excel, word, SAP, Sales Force (preferable)
- Interpersonal skills: customer relations, clarifying information, giving clear instructions to internal and external customers
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
