Paint Sprayer

These are exciting times for everyone at Tiger Trailers as we prepare to move into our brand new, purpose built factory in Winsford, opening January 2019. This will be the most modern trailer and truck body manufacturing facility anywhere in the UK. Due to our continued success Tiger are looking to recruit experienced commercial vehicle/trailer Paint Sprayers.
**Recruiting for day shift Monday - Friday 7.30am-4.30pm and night shift Monday - Friday 9.00pm-6.00am**
**Key Objectives**
Reporting to the Management team you will be responsible for ensuring all commercial vehicles are prepped and sprayed ensuring the highest standard of finish. You will be painting both completed trailer bodywork plus fabricated chassis prior to bodywork and smaller piece part assemblies. You must have previous experience of working with single and two pack paints, working to material manufacturer guidelines and be capable of producing high quality work. The company requires all employees to adopt a flexible approach to work and you will be required from time to time to perform other duties. We will ensure that you will be adequately trained to carry out these tasks.
**Responsibilities include**:

- Adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining production area housekeeping
- Minimise waste by using/disposing of raw materials and consumable items efficiently
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Paint spraying/prepping and finalising experience ideally in commercial vehicle industry
- Consistently high standard of workmanship
- Previous experience of working with single pack and two pack paint
- Ability to ensure production target output and quality is maintained

**Day shift £27,868 (standard 42.5 hours), OTE £32,786 for 50 hour week**
**Night shift £32,509 (standard 42.5 hours), OTE £38,246 for 50 hour week**
