Income Advisor

Permanent - 18 Hours (Flexible) - Part Time**

RBH currently have an opportunity for an
Income Advisor **to join our Income Service Team, working 18 hours per week, between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility and homeworking.

Reporting to our Income Manager, you’ll be responsible for maximising our rental income through various income streams, handling inbound, but predominately outbound calls for the Income Service Team, ensuring all customers are dealt with in a professional and prompt manner, delivering a caring and excellent customer experience.

Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who:

- Is GCSE educated in maths or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of debt collection and signposting customers to financial support and other support service is desirable.
- Have an understanding of Welfare Reform and the impact this can have on our customers, specifically Universal Credit, Housing Benefit, Legacy Benefits, Under Occupancy and Benefit Cap.
- Understand the pressures of financial difficulties, challenging behaviour and mental health.
- Ability to deal with challenging situations effectively, maintaining a customer focused service
- Microsoft Office and database management skills, with the ability to produce documents.
- As a customer facing role, you must be fluent speaking in English.
