Our client is seeking an individual with admin experience to provide assistance for a visually impaired Eye care liaison officer working for a hospital in East London. You must be flexible and reliable as the client works is a fast paced role

**Essential**
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a structured way, both verbally and in writing. Must have good command of written English
- Previous experience working with data and databases such as Microsoft Dynamics
- Adept at learning new computer systems
- Ability to capture notes quickly and thoroughly in meetings and clinic appointments
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in order to meet the demands of the role. Must be comfortable working within varying locations and different settings
- Comfortable with guide dogs

**Desirable but not essential**
- Previous experience of working with someone with sight loss and/or ADHD
- Experience of working in a supporting or administrative role
- Previous experience of working in a hospital environment
- Understanding of accessible technology
- Ability to create accessible documentation
- Previous experience of preparing and delivering presentations and/or training to varied audiences in a manner which meets their need’s

Duties will include:

- Check over the formatting of our clients compiled reports, letters and materials (which their own assistive technology software is unable to detect - for example font changes, and changes in colour.)
- Read aloud all paper information including referrals, case-notes and reports which are not available electronically.
- Inputting data using internal IT systems/data-bases and filling in paper forms upon request.
- Engage with services users which include adults and children in a professional manor.

**Pay, Hours and Benefits**:
In return for your work you will be paid £14.35 per hour with fuel costs reimbursed, where used within work.

Working days Monday - Thursday. Up to 30 hours per week

Pension contributions are supported

**Salary**: £14.35 per hour
