They have a vacancy for a **Trainee Property Consultant**

They are looking for someone who has the correct mindset to learn on the job, grow within the company and become a full-fledged Property Consultant.

Full training will be given, we just need someone with confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn within a Sales and Lettings environment.

In addition to this good communication skills are essential to effectively convey information, listen actively, and collaborate with others.

**Some of the key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Learning about the property market and industry trends:

- Attending property viewings
- Assisting with property research and analysis
- Building relationships with clients.
- Assisting with property marketing and promotion: This involves creating property listings, drafting marketing materials, and promoting properties through various channels.
- Supporting the property sales or rental process: Assist with drafting contracts, coordinating property viewings, sale progression and facilitating the negotiation process between buyers and sellers.

**Package on offer**
- £18,000 basic
- OTE £26-28,000
- Full training

**Hours of work -**
- 5 day working week as detailed below.

Hours:

- Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm
- Friday 9am - 5pm
- Every other Saturday 10am - 3pm with day off in lieu.

Annual Leave:

- 20 days annual in addition to bank holidays - no bank holiday working.
