Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:

- Collaborate with project managers to understand project goals, timelines, and objectives.
- Oversee the execution of the construction project, ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications.
- Lead and supervise a team of skilled laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to project standards.

**Salary**: £23.00-£27.00 per hour
