AZTech IT have an exciting opportunity for a creative, energetic and forward-thinking Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

The role would be a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive with approximately 3 years experience working on B2B campaigns, looking to gain experience in a small marketing team and leading keys areas of the AZTech IT marketing function.

You will have proven passion for content creation, social media management, and managing corporate events. We will provide on the job training for all services that AZTech IT offer our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**
- Content creation in various formats (blog, infographic, video, landing page, case study, eBook, how-to guide, webinar etc) and collaborate with sales team to develop content ideas, details for case studies, or any collateral required for client engagement.
- Analyse engagement reports of published content in HubSpot for growth and further improvements
- Work with and encourage sales and wider team to interact and share content on all platform

**SEO**
- To assist with the execution of marketing objectives to drive sales for new business and current customer bases through building brand presence, SEO strategies, event support, and informative content.
- To create, organize, and put into action a plan to enhance AZTech's SEO ranking with the goal of bringing the correct prospective customers to our website for conversion.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and develop social media channels.
- Create and schedule social posts to increase followers and drive engagement.

**Event Support**
- Assist with the coordination of AZTech IT’s events, whether we are exhibiting, sponsoring, or attending
- Manage all administration leading up to and on the day of event
- Manage event operations, including venue prep, catering, gathering AZTech collateral, and do final checks in advance of the day to ensure everything meets standards
- Report on success of event and create content during and following event

**Essential Skills / Attributes**
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role working in a small Marketing Team.
- Experienced knowledge on Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Photoshop and HubSpot.
- An interest in IT or technology.

**Desirable Skills / Attributes**
- Hootsuite
- Managing IT MSP or IT related campaigns exposure and events.
- Experience in creating videos and promotion video platform experience

**Package Details**
- Annual Salary is up to £35k pa, this is depending on experience and accreditations
- 24 Days Holiday plus your birthday
- The hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
- Based in the Milton Keynes Office with hybrid working available (up to 3-days per week)
