Waitress

**Goldman & Fine Group are looking for two experienced Waiters/Waitress's for a well-established, picturesque and historic village pub in Whatlington, Battle.**

Due to continued success, our client requires an experienced waitress to join the team of their family-friendly pub. This company has a stunning working environment full of 15th century charm, looking for someone who will have the positivity, personalityand perseverance to thrive in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables once they have been prepared.
- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Administer change to tables if needed.

**Skills Required**:

- Positive attitude, well-spoken and confident;
- Ability to work in fast paced environments;
- Friendly but professional;
- Memory of food and drinks menus;
- Great team player;
- Multitasking, organisational skills and calmness under pressure;
- Eligible to work in the UK;
- 18+ as the role includes alcohol service.
