**Job description**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who would like to work in a well-respected group of dental practices in Croydon. We are looking for motivated and ambitious characters to join the fantastic team at Gentle Dental Care Group.

You will be assisting with the day-to-day reception duties of a mixed NHS and private dental practice. This would include greeting patient's on their arrival, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, taking payments, scanning, and filing documentation. Knowledge using the software, System's for Dentist would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

**Job Requirements**
- Team player
- Can-do attitude
- Passion about providing an excellent patient experience throughout treatment
- Microsoft office experience essential
- Computer literate
- Confident talking on the phone
- Confident in dealing with patients
- Confident in handling Cash
- Able to travel within Croydon and Sutton
- 9am to 6 PM start

**Package**

Excellent base salary depending on the level of experience plus reward bonus.

You will normally hear from us within a week to set an interview date, if successful.

If you are successful we will hold a zoom interview with you. Thereafter you may be invited to the practice to meet the team.
