We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and friendly person to join our successful catering team at our Central Production Kitchen

**The Opportunity**:
**An opportunity has arisen for a Driver/Catering Assistant to join The University of Edinburgh Catering Department. The role will be based at our Central Production Kitchen in Holyrood Road.**

**The Production Kitchen produces a wide range of freshly made Grab & Go Products for our Cafes based in University buildings across various locations within Edinburgh.**

**The Driver /Catering Assistant **plays a crucial role in the effectiveness & efficiency of the Production Kitchen and will work alongside colleagues to ensure the operation runs smoothly in both production & dispatch of food items.**

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Basic kitchen knowledge
- Flexibility
- Driving Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of a catering stock control
- Experience of working within a successful team
