**Salary: Grade 5, £15,352 - £16,987 per annum. £12.80 - £14.17 per hour**

**27.5 hours per week, term time plus 1 week working 38 weeks per year**

**Required for December 2023**

The Governing Body of Newton Westpark Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated School Cook In Charge.

Working closely with the Head Teacher and School Business Manager you will have responsibility for the overall catering operation including the preparation and service of high quality meals for the children, staff and visitors to the school. You will be employed directly by the school.

We are looking for somebody who:

- Has a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent level of qualification in catering
- Has experience of working in a busy catering operation
- Has a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Has a good understanding of COSHH principles
