Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a **Housekeeping Supervisor **to join our team at** Talacre Beach Resort **in** Flintshire, North Wales. **_Fantastic competitive rate of pay_

This is a **permanent **position to work **full time** hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**About The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will
- Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work in the Housekeeping Managers absence.
- Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
- Ensure the team are promptly reporting any lost and found property.
- Complete staff rotas.
- Ensure that staff are trained.
- Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.** **Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage in order to enable an easy commute.
