Immediate start for a Payroll Administrator within the Head Office of a Large PLC based in Kenley. Experience of dealing with payroll within a large organisation is preferable, as well as good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Part Time approx. 16-20 hours per week.

**The Role**
- Timely and accurate administration of payroll
- Review and integrate entries from HR to Payroll within Cascade for New Starters, Leavers, Change of details, sickness absence etc.
- Collate variable payments (Overtime, Commission) submissions from departments into the correct format for direct upload into Cascade.
- Collate additional payroll information such as one-off charges, court orders, SMP, SPP
- Record amendments for the external processing team
- Assist with the preparation of P11d annually and maintenance of the records throughout the year.
- Perform initial review of payroll once processed and provide amendments.
- Agree final payroll file with management and submit authorisation.
- Liaise with managers, HR, and Finance team to ensure information is received in good time and changes to pay are authorised at the appropriate level before submission to our external payroll provider.
- Assistance with general finance duties within department as necessary
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Clear and logical reasoning
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- A respect for confidentiality
