**PMO coordinator**
**Overview**:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a PMO Coordinator to join a global brand who will support the project and programme delivery, the PMO development and provide portfolio, project and programme administrative support. This will be an exciting environmentwith a range of business and tech related projects.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Implement guidelines, procedures and templates to collect and maintain consistent data and provide hands-on delivery support to a project or programme
- Establish and maintain information management systems in SharePoint, providing basic training in configuration
- Establish risk, issue and change control processes and templates, and assist the project and programme team in their delivery
- Own the coordination of PMO operational activities
- Maintain the PMO's SharePoint site for the PMO in relation to the PMO Playbook and Information Governance standards including currency reviews
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Experience working in a project and / or portfolio management environment and familiar with project and / or portfolio management processes and practice
- Experienced in the use of project and / or portfolio management tools and systems
- Familiar with project management IT systems
- Effective communicator of data and information
- Team player with ability to form effective relationships in and outside the immediate team
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Tactful and diplomatic
- Analytical with an eye for detail
