Lilian Faithfull Care is a well-established charity based in Gloucestershire that provides care, support and a home for Life for the elderly.

**Responsibilities of a Receptionist**:

- To offer support to the staff, residents and Relatives by manning reception area providing a reception service to the home
- Supporting the care staff on the weekends by providing admin support; answering the telephone, archiving documentation & helping to facilitate weekend visits for the residents with their families.
- To show prospective residents/families/professionals around the Home. Keep records of potential residents and send out brochures.
- Ensure the reception area is kept safe, clean and tidy
- Any other Administrative duties as required by the Home Manager

**Requirements**:

- A genuine interest in working within a caring environment, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Work well in a team
- Good Planning Skills
- Strong administrative skills
