What will you do as a Claims Administrator?

Processing collection of funds from reinsurance partners to ensure the values are accurate and that claims are finalised Helping to identify claims that are reportable to reinsurers and reconciliation of monthly reports Monitor claims control reports and report and challenge any adverse findings Setting up files on large loss cases and inputting the relevant data onto governance spreadsheets Assisting with production of presentation materials and meeting packs Maintain and update relevant outsourcing governance materials, claims process guides etc Management of relevant claims related dashboards

What do you know that makes you a great Claims Administrator?

Previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally in claims Self-motivated, team-orientated and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines. Able to work comfortably under supervision, but able to use one’s own initiative. Analytical and numerate, with the ability to interpret/analyse data and report findings.

Salary £22k - £25k based on experience with benefits package.
