**Hybrid role - 3 days office based, 2 days work from home**
**Maternity Cover - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract**
**£26,500 per annum**
Are you passionate about human resources administration and employee relations? Norwood is searching for a proactive and passionate individual to fill the position of HR Coordinator. This role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your skills and make a meaningful impact in our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing employee data administration with finesses, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee all administration duties related to employee relations, from absence management to maternity leave.
- Be the go-to-person for new starters, leavers, and internal amendments, ensuring smooth processes within strict deadlines.
- Keep organisation charts updated and produce employee amendment letters and contracts.
- Support ER Advisers in formal meetings and maintain employee data integrity in line with GDPR.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- An understanding of HR administrative processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with employment law and HR databases - bonus points if you have worked with iTrent
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
