**The Hours**:30 hours per week. 4 days a week. You'll be on a rolling rota, working one in three weekends, and there is a need for flexibility.

**The Salary**:£10.78 per hour

**Duration**:Permanent

We get to listen and have meaningful conversations with our visitors, ensuring they have a great day, sharing stories about the beautiful and sustainable products that we have to offer. Creating exciting table displays to excite our visitors and sharing with them that their purchases help to protect our special places. We work closely as a team and also with the wider property teams enabling us to share what’s going on at properties from new seasonal shop ranges, fun family trails to conservation in and around our properties with our visitors too.

What you'll be doing:You'll support the day to day management of the property retail operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors expectations. You'll monitor stock and merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example when it comes to maximising our profitability and income.

You'll also supervise paid and voluntary retail staff and work effectively alongside colleagues elsewhere in the property to deliver great service to visitors, promoting and enhancing the property's sense of place.
