**BASIC FUNCTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand company and team values.
- Integrate and represent Dairy Advisory in district and DeLaval dealership activities.
- Maintain front-line contact and develop relationships with dealerships requesting assistance of Advisory Services within assigned district.
- Provide basic in-field Advisory Services to customers through dealerships that do not maintain in-dealership Advisor, including but not limited to: basic customer support of herd management systems and milk quality, leading customers through Robotic Transitions, KPI monitoring of accounts to dealerships and customers.
- Support Advisors working on high-level consultancy or problem solving within the assigned district by gathering initial data or conducting initial investigations.
- Support on-farm R&D trials, product testing, product pilot and reference farms by collecting data and conducting requested field work.
- Learn technical and sales aspects of DeLaval solutions to fulfill areas of competency.
- Other duties as required.

**REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES**

- Expected overnight travel throughout the district ~75%; with some travel within US & Canada for required meetings or trainings.

**EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND**
- Minimum of Associates Degree in related field; or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional language skills (French and Spanish) are an advantage.
- Valid TSA approved driver’s license and Passport are required.
- Knowledge of dairy farm management is preferred.
