Located at the European Divisional Support Centre in Irvine, Ayrshire, this 12 to 15 month placement will report to a key member of the Dealer Support team. This role is available for Hybrid Working.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The successful applicant will work in a team responsible for providing the following key responsibilities:
- Support dealers in co-ordinations of orders from quotations through to shipment.- Providing sales order support for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) sales team.- Issue Credit notes, maintenance of shipment files and updating manufacturing delays.- Analysis and reporting of product availability.- Planning and shipment support of imported products from U.S.- Identification, management and delivery of process improvement project.
