What we’re looking for:
- Valid UK teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PTTLS)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Sound knowledge of Maths and/or Science to GCSE level
- Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
Your role:
- Planning and delivering Maths and Science lessons to pupils in Key Stage 3
- Will be supported by a minimum of 1-2 teaching assistants
- Monday to Friday, term-time only
- Long term post, starting in January 2023
The school:
- Special educational needs school
- Caters for approx. 100. Pupils with SEMH needs
- Each pupil has an EHCP (Education and Health Care Plan) in place
- Supportive SLT team
- Offers ongoing training and development to all staff
