Sales Agent -Middlesborough
- Permanent - £21,000 plus commission

ARM are delighted to be supporting a leading business with the recruitment of a Sales Agent on a permanent basis.

The role's focus is to provide customers with the most up-to-date advice and information about selling their property and is field based around the Middlesborough area.

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate market valuations for potential sellers' properties.
- Coordinate with the central operations team ensuring a successful sale.
- Offer instructions as well as legal, mortgage and product referrals.
- Upselling through face-to-face sales.
- Nurturing the initial customer meeting to being a successful Client acquisition and support for selling their property.
- Ensure Valuations given are per the market at that time and enable the opportunity to sell on additional enhancing services to the Clients.

**Requirements**:

- Great Communicator who can really empathise with Clients and inspire confidence in terms of knowledge of the local property market.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to analyse data and use IT equipment competently.
- Flexible approach to work and recognise that working weekends to meet Client availability is important.
- Highly motivated and a self-starter in terms of their day-to-day work.
