MR Landscape and Garden Maintenance Ltd is a company based in Harrogate that specialises in maintenance for residential and commercial property gardens, this role would suit anyone hardworking who enjoys being outdoors and has a keen interest in gardening. We maintain gardens/grounds throughout the Harrogate district and surrounding areas which we take pride in maintaining our clients' outdoor spaces to allow them to enjoy their gardens.
Full-time position to start immediately, great rates of pay to be discussed at interview stage and branded uniform will be provided. The role includes: cutting and maintaining lawns to a variety of finishes using different machines; cutting and maintaining hedges; maintenance of shrub and herbaceous borders including weeding, planting and pruning; leaf-clearing and litter-picking; assistance with hard and soft landscaping. We have annual maintenance plans, 8 am - 4.30 pm on weekdays hours change with daylight hours average 43 hours a week.

**Essential Requirements**
- Most importantly, you’ll share our values
- Clean/Full UK Driving licence
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Previous gardening experience
- Health & safety awareness
- Friendly nature towards clients with the ability to take on the responsibility of tasks.
- Ability to use a wide range of horticultural machinery and powered hand tools
- Creativity and an eye for detail
- Eagerness to learn and improve
- Physically fit and able to do hard manual labour
- Comfortable with working in all weathers and seasons

**Desirable Requirements**
- Spray licence (PA1 AND PA6)
- Plant identification and knowledge for pruning times/maintenance etc
- Knowledge of lawn care
- 2 years previous gardening experience
- Horticultural qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
