Trainee Solderer

We are looking for a trainee solderer to join our team in Finishing Cell. There will be a personnel development plan in place to ensure that a thorough introduction to soldering is given before other competencies are gained (Through hole soldering and soldering re-work of SMT devices). This entry level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in electronics manufacturing and soldering, keen to learn new skills and wants to grow with the business.

**Person Specification**:

- A basic understanding of electronics would be useful but is not essential
- Someone who has excellent manual dexterity including great attention to detail
- Has good hand to eye coordination and is happy working with their hands.
- Looking for someone who is nimble and able to use small tools with great care to perform detailed work.
