A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Senior Management Team in East Berkshire as a Team Administrator, working full time, based at Upton Hospital and working from home.

This is a varied and interesting role working with the administration team to support the Carers Lead, Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead, and Physical Health Service Lead.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic administrator, who has great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels, has a positive attitude towards patients and colleagues with the ability to empathise and be supportive and sensitive to the needs of others.

You should have experience of working virtually, and be able to work flexibly between sites and hours worked.

This role is in scope for the Vaccination as a Condition of Deployment (VCOD) legislation which is currently under review. We encourage and support vaccine uptake as this remains the best line of defence against COVID-19.
- Providing administrative support, including complex diary management, meeting and event organisation, e.g. room bookings, scheduling meetings, sending out joining instructions, minute taking and following up on actions.
- Preparing and administrating questionnaires, e.g. TEAMS surveys, and collating responses
- Liaising with services, producing and collating reports on carer activities such as carer feedback or self-assessment procedures
- Reviewing and updating the Intranet to ensure the information is up to date and accurate
- Maintaining databases, e.g. updating project plans or customising information from Microsoft forms

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT skills, with an ability to develop robust administrative processes and produce comprehensive reports and data
- Great organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise own work to meet deadlines
- Enjoy working as a team, as well as independently
- A flexible approach to meet the needs of the team
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable and innovative
- Salary ranging from £23,677 - £26,127 per annum (incl of HCAS)
