As the Medical Secretary you will be:

- Booking appointments for consultations, tests and procedures
- Ensuring all patients files are maintained and updated
- Distributing Reports
- Raising invoices and processing quotes

As the Medical Secretary you will have:

- Comprehensive IT skills including office and databases
- Good organisational and a confident communicator
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- A professional manner with adaptability to multi-task
- Great customer service skills
