**Purpose of Job**:

- To carry out load planning functions for key accounts
- To assist in the provision of a high quality, reliable and efficient customer services function
- To maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with customers

**Main Areas of Responsibility**:

- Planning and administering customer contracts
- Liaising with traffic desk with regard to load planning
- Dealing with customer and staff queries
- Customer services support
- Participation in weekly KPI calls with key accounts
- Prompt and accurate reporting of delivery issues via customer online portals
- Job creation and customer EDI Imports
- Associated computer work/paperwork

**Hours of Work**:
0900 - 17:30, Monday to Friday

Bank holiday cover within agreed rota, with time off in lieu being applied at double time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,960.00 per year
